We do more that just be your agent. Using our experience in recruitment we give our clients a full holistic overview when you come on board and we will provide a full assessment. We don't recruit just anybody, following the assessment we will meet to discuss where we feel your potential is and if reasonable and fair for you come on board. As a client we will then proactively work to maximise your potential.

But its our mission to be less of a traditional 'super agent' and more about transparency, integrity and using all our experience to really help players. Our work on guiding you to success
Players:
Cost: £195 plus mileage. 5% ongoing contract fee
We require an initial payment to carry out the initial work which includes watching a game and providing an initial assessment and development plan. Players might not like aspects of this honest report but it will be based on experience and successful outcomes.
Managers, Coaches & Scouts:
Cost: £24 per year registered ~ 10% Finders fee if Salary, paid by employer. 5% ongoing fee if contracted
We charge £24.00 as an admin fee to maintain you as available. This is strictly confidential. Clubs will come to us and we will send your details to the clubs and initiate communication prior to interview.
Performance Analyst, Medical, Sports Science, Welfare & Staff:
Cost: £24 per year registered ~ 10% finders fee paid by employer
We will maintain your details on our systems and try to place you in known job opportunities that fit your experience and goals. We will initiate comms and arrange interview.
