Giving you the tools to help you maximise your potential
As it stands we are not currently recruiting any players, managers or staff as clients to represent until we complete our FIFA exam and registration. This will be in early 2027. In preparation for that we are able to help players improve and prepare them for a strategic pathway giving them the best chance of being successful in professional football Using our experience in recruitment we will give our clients a full holistic overview when you do come on board and we will provide a full performance assessment. We won't recruit just anybody, following the assessment we will meet to discuss where we feel your potential is and if reasonable and fair for you come on board. As a client in the future we will then proactively work to maximise your potential. There will never be any hidden costs either, everything will be clear and in the short term we will be helping players for free.
For transparency, Tony McCool is currently in the process of becoming a FIFA licenced Agent. But its our mission to be less of a traditional 'super agent' and more about transparency, integrity and using all our experience to really help players. We are more of a modern advisory and consultancy. Having spent many years coaching, developing players, working inside professional academies and first teams, being in and part of many recruitment meetings and helped create pathways. We can use that knowledge to help you progress.
Our work on guiding you to success
Players:
We work for male and female players who are looking to forge a career in professional football, or are looking to improve their path in their existing careers. Please note, its our opinion that obtaining an agent isn't the sole key to your success, its your holistic performances that create the real demand. We will do our best to help you understand the key elements and where and how to improve that will help you get noticed.
We require a nominal initial payment to carry out the initial assessment work which includes watching a game and providing an initial full assessment and development plan. This would be in line with what our experience in time as a professional scout. Players might not like aspects of this honest report but it will be based on experience and successful outcomes. It will give you the best chance of success.
In 2027, once you are signed with us we will work to ensure you get what you deserve but always with the mindset of what's best for your career long term. We can use our contacts to try and find you a club that fits your pathways plan and personal goals and aspirations. We will then carry out contract negotiations, take care of commercial opportunities and we can even help with future careers when your playing days are concluded.
Managers, Coaches & Scouts:
We charge a small yearly admin fee to maintain you as available. We will have an initial interview to work out your goals and aspirations. This is strictly confidential. We will then put you forward for potential roles that fit your profile.
Clubs come to us and we will send your details to the them and initiate communication prior to interview.
For regular PAYE employees we will step back and request payment from the employer. If contracted we will assist you with negotiations and long term commercial arrangements to maximise your earnings and protect your interests.
Performance Analyst, Medical, Sports Science, Welfare & Staff:
We charge a small yearly admin fee to maintain you as available. We will have an initial interview to work out your goals and aspirations. This is strictly confidential. We will then put you forward for potential roles that fit your profile.
Clubs come to us and we will send your details to the them and initiate communication prior to interview.
